Oral ingestion: capsules, edibles and gummies

This first-pass metabolism significantly reduces the amount of CBD that reaches the bloodstream. Bioavailability estimates for oral CBD typically fall between 6% and 19%, though this varies considerably depending on whether the product is taken with food, particularly fats, which improve absorption.

Inhalation

Topical application
